I've grown up in a strong Mormon family where I was taught to have faith but also to question seriously and rigorously. Far from diminishing my belief, skepticism has enhanced it. But skepticism has also molded and changed my beliefs.
The process of doubting has made me, perhaps ironically, more devout. And while I admit that many of my beliefs are not orthodox, I post them with the open invitation of others to critique them and for some, perhaps, to find comfort as skeptics and believers.
